Full meetings of the governing body are held twice a term. Three committees, Finance, Curriculum and Personnel, also usually meet twice each term. Governors establish general policy, receive reports from the headteacher on school affairs, and discuss achievements and problems. Parent representatives are elected for four years, and when a vacancy arises nominations are sought from parents. In the Summer Term of each year the Governing Body issues a school profile to all parents.
