School Tour

What the school council say.

"We love being pupils at Norwood School. It feels like a great big family. We have lots of fun as well as work really hard to achieve the good results we get in our SATs every year. Our teachers teach us really well and are friendly and approachable if we have problems. We have lots of cool resources and learn how to become good citizens as we grow up."

	Playground
Playtimes are great fun at Norwood. We have tarmac areas we can play on when it is wet and lots of grass we love playing on when it is dry enough. On the grass we have some wooden equipment like ‘Wobble Bridge’ and ‘Monkey Bars’ which we have lots of fun on with our friends.

	Music
As a school, we love music and there are many extra-curricular lessons and clubs. We have a wonderful range of percussion instruments we enjoy playing and many children play the recorder and clarinet.

	The Library
The library was only built a couple of years ago where our dining hall used to be. We have a large selection of books and are able to change our books regularly. It is next to the computer suite so we are able to do lots of research both in books and on the Internet.
